Tuna Avocado Sandwich

Low carb day today, so I increase my fat intake to make up for the lower carbs. I am currently carb cycling but calories and protein intake stay the same each day but carbs and fats vary.

I love tuna sandwiches but cannot afford the unnecessary calories from the mayo when dieting. I used avocado instead of mayo for a much healthier and tastier option. Just mash up the avocado and mix it in with the tuna.

2 small, thin slices of multigrain bread, 1 can of tuna, 65g avocado, 50g tomato, 15g onions and 50g cucumber

325 – Calories

35g – Protein

28g – Carbs

11g – Fat
