Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Dieting sucks, so I’m always looking for anything I can make that fits my nutritional goals and satisfies my sweet tooth without leaving me feeling guilty. These are gluten free, super easy to make and about as healthy as cookies get. Definitely give them a try.
2 ripe bananas, 1 egg, 1.5 cups quick oats, 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, cinnamon and a tablespoon of stevia. Makes about 10 medium sized cookies.
