Sweet Potato Chicken Burger

Living with a restrictive diet is really difficult sometimes but there is not many things I miss more than red meat. I haven’t been able to eat red meat in over 5 years. Although this isn’t my first choice, chicken burgers are definitely a good substitute for beef. I thought I would try something different today while adhering to my diet and it worked out pretty good.
