I’m coming up on 8 weeks out from my first men’s physique show and that means my diet has to be dialed. I keep my protein intake high and increase my fat intake while lowering carbs. I can’t eat many vegetables but tomatoes and avocado seem to be alright. High protein, low carbs and packed with healthy fats makes this an awesome gluten free meal when dieting.
Macro Breakdown: 74g avocado, 32g cheddar cheese, 2 tomato & basil rice cakes, 1 can of tuna
Mash avocado in a bowl and mix in tuna and top rice cakes.
