I’m not huge on selfies but I felt I had to post a “pre-diet” picture to effectively show my transformation. I am currently 10 weeks out from my first men’s physique show. I just started the prep 5 days ago and I am sitting at 206 pounds and will be trying to diet down to around 190. 190 pounds is just a ballpark estimate, I will re-evaluate how I look in the mirror closer to the date. This is the first time I have ever dieted this hard so it will be a learning process to see how my body will adapt to a lower carb diet. My calories are around 2600 this week and each week I will be slowly dropping them down as I drop the carbs lower while introducing cardio. More updates coming soon when I start getting hangry.
