Chicken and Yams – A staple food when dieting

Here is one of my favourite meals. It might look boring but it works and it’s easy on the digestive tract. High protein and lower carbs makes this meal ideal when “dieting”. Yams are one of my favourite foods. They’re gluten-free, complex carbohydrates that are high in Vitamin A, B6, and Thiamine.
