High Protein Banana Pancakes

Here is my absolute favourite breakfast recipe. I’ve had these just about every day for the last year so definitely check them out! Low in insoluble fibre and high in protein make them easily digestible and easy on the gut or for anyone who wants a nutrient dense breakfast or meal.

1 banana

2 whole eggs

½ cup liquid egg whites

¾ cup quick oats

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mash banana in bowl, mix in all ingredients and cook as a pancake. Makes 2 large pancakes. Top with berries, peanut butter or syrup.

Substitute whole eggs for egg whites, or adjust amount of oats for desired macro nutrient goals.
